The work investigates the Eidsvoll (Norway) based ufologist Knut Aasheim’s book “Stjernefolket blandt oss” (“The star people among us”). One of the book’s theses is that there are people that have telepathic contact with aliens. The film is about an alien looking creature walking around in Eidsvoll Verk, where the Norwegian constitution was signed in 1814, when suddenly he is succed into space. There he experiences a space-trip experience through the archives of the local tv station.
