“Scener ur ett mansläger“ (“Scenes from a Man Camp”), is a video-installation which portraits a fictitious man camp. The initiator of the camp is a self proclaimed life coach/psychologist which have had all the participants wear genitalia-masks in order to act out their masculine alter-egos. His theory is that since its hard to deal directly with masculine trauma, having a cock-alter-ego might make it easier to deal with childhood trauma, absent fathers, family relationships, substance abuse and other traumas. The video is projected out of a grill, which also is a feature prop in the film.
